How do I create a payment link?
▼Creating a payment link is simple. Log in to your Wavy dashboard, click "Create Payment Link", enter the amount you want to collect, and share the link via WhatsApp or any other platform. Your customers can pay instantly without downloading any app.
How long does it take to receive payments?
▼Payments settle directly to your bank account within 24 hours. Once a customer completes payment, you can see the confirmation instantly on WhatsApp. Money moves fast—no delays, no middlemen.
What payment methods do customers use?
▼Customers can pay using their bank account, mobile money, or card. They simply click the payment link and choose their preferred method. We support all major Nigerian payment channels for maximum flexibility.
Is there a limit to how much I can collect?
▼You can create payment links for any amount. There's no daily limit on collections. Your account limits may increase based on your business activity and verification level.
How much does Wavy cost?
▼Wavy charges ₦50 for payments up to ₦10,000, and 1% (maximum ₦1,000) for payments above ₦10,000. That's it. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. Money goes straight to your bank account.
What if a customer doesn't receive the payment confirmation?
▼Payment confirmations are sent instantly via WhatsApp. If a customer doesn't receive theirs, they can check their bank account directly—the money will be there. We also provide transaction IDs for easy tracking.
